I didn't start in advertising. I started in business. Over the years I've launched, grown, and sold multiple companies — each one crossing the million-dollar valuation mark. Along the way I learned what actually moves the needle: not just marketing, but operations, sourcing, staffing, cost structure, and the dozens of decisions that determine whether a business thrives or just survives.
What I kept seeing was small business owners getting sold expensive, one-size-fits-all marketing packages that didn't account for the real challenges they were facing. A great ad campaign can't fix a broken cost structure. A beautiful website won't save a business that's hemorrhaging money on the wrong vendors.
